2. The first steps - how to set up an event


Sign in to the Virtual Events Cockpit with your Email or Google account or create a new account with your email address. 



If sign in with email is chosen, you need to check your emails and click on the given link to complete the login process. 


The Cockpit will open and you can then click on "Create Event" in the left menu.



Then enter event details such as the event title and website, define the URL and decide whether the event shall be visible (that means whether we can promote it and show it on our website) or not. Please note that you can change the information again in your cockpit. Only the URL can't be changed afterward! 


Define when the event is open and closed. The event has a total capacity of 20 attendees and a maximum duration of 60 minutes. For more contact us. So you might need to enter a different date and then change it afterward.


Lastly, enter a banner and the description of your event. 


By clicking on "Create Event", you will enter your cockpit, and a cockpit tutorial tour starts.


If you already have a similar Event, you can make a duplicate from that one by entering the Event and then click "Duplicate" on the top left.
