Is there a way to stream the main stage into each of the rooms?

Yes, when creating and editing a room simply copy the playback URL of the stream that you are using and add it as an app, choosing “Video player” as the app type. This way it looks the same for every attendee regardless if they are in the main stage or a streaming room.
