How to customize your event map or layout?

Please view the following explainer video to learn how to upload your personal event map for your event. 

If you have created categories, you can create a separate map for each category to clearly display all rooms in a category. By default, the same is always used as in the lobby.

The preferred size for the custom event map is:

SVG: The size is irrelevant although in the editor it will limit to 1920x1080 but then once it is rendered it will scale to any size. Please be careful with SVGs that go beyond the viewBox

PNG/JPEG: In general the file adjusts itself. However, we recommend a maximum width of 3000px. Please export an optimized version of the images (most programs have a web export) to make it as small as possible.
