Why would I use a room?

Rooms are the most engaging feature of Virtual Events! They are a great way to drive engagement since you can setup each one with a specific purpose or add several apps inside.


  • Some use case for rooms:
  • team building activities;
  • promote discussions by topic of interest;
  • collaboration tools,
  • create a leisure area.


Just add a variety and number of embedded applications as well as whiteboard or collaboration tools! This motivates participants to interact with each other more. But in order to get there you need to configure them and prepare them for your attendees.
