The lobby page of the event can be updated at any time during the event. The lobby content can be exactly the same as the description you have defined in your event page and in order to update it you can simply edit your event details. Check for more information on how to edit it below.
But the lobby can also be an embedded page or website, which you can add through the cockpit in the Configuration area:
Or a custom map, this can be enabled in the Look & Feel area of the cockpit:
