Can attendees check the technical requirements before the event?

You can check your browser compatibility, audio and video setup, and connectivity at any time through our technical check site.

For all organizers or an event, we recommend to share this technical check with all attendees before the event in order to test:

• Compatibility of the browser and operating system of the device
• Access to camera and microphone
• Detection and selection of camera and audio devices
• Connectivity to the internet
• Bandwidth requirements to conduct a video call

Note that camera access is not required if you are only using live streams during your event. Nevertheless, the test gives good indication to attendees what they need to have an exceptional event experience.
