Networking plays a vital role in events, and we are thrilled to introduce Networking Circles - an engaging feature that enables attendees to connect and interact seamlessly. Inspired by the Wonder networking tool, Networking Circles allows participants to join conversation circles and effortlessly move between different discussions.

Setting Up Networking Circles

To set up Networking Circles in your room, follow these steps:

While configuring your room, choose the new app type labeled "Networking Circles"

Using Networking Circles

Here's what you need to know about using Networking Circles in your event

Moving Avatars:

Attendees can move their avatars within the Networking Circles space by dragging them around. This flexibility allows participants to explore and join different conversations effortlessly.

Initiating Video Calls:

When two users get closer to each other within the Networking Circles space, a video call is automatically initiated between them. This feature fosters spontaneous interactions and simulates the experience of meeting someone in a physical networking environment.

Joining Existing Circles:

If a user approaches an existing circle within the Networking Circles space, they will automatically join the ongoing video call. This feature encourages participation and creates an inclusive networking atmosphere.

Exiting Video Calls:

To exit a video call within a Networking Circle, simply drag your avatar away from the circle. This action will disconnect you from the ongoing call and allow you to explore other circles or engage in different conversations.

Beta Release and Feedback:

Please note that Networking Circles is currently in Beta, and we are eager to hear your feedback as we continue to refine and enhance this feature. Your insights and suggestions are invaluable in helping us create the best networking experience for your events. We encourage you to share your thoughts and ideas with our support team.

We hope Networking Circles brings a new level of interactivity and engagement to your events. Happy networking!
